Chevy Blazer LS

I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer LS. I chose this brand because of the cost since it was a used vehicle. I got it for $4250 with only 90,000 miles on it. It is equipped with 4x2 high, 4x4 low, and 4x4 high. I love it because I get around 24 MPG on the highway.
It was also a great vehicle for me while I was doing drywall. I could place some small boards inside along with my tools and drywall mud. I also used it while I was a delivery driver for a pizza place. It was great during the winter when I needed the 4x4 high functionality on the slippery roads.
It has the 4.7 liter Vortec engine. Great horsepower when you need to use some pulling power. I moved mostly some broken down snow-mobiles and four-wheelers with it. It was also pretty cool for tailgating since the tailgate opened down and was easily accessible to sit on. The back seats fold down to provide more storage space which I used for 2x4 about 8 feet long. Every now and then, my Blazer was a fun vehicle to just drive around in the mud. It never got stuck.
Mine is also equipped with extra power outlets ( three). I use my laptop, PSP, and other various entertainment devices with it. It fits five adults. Heated back window. It has great A/C.
If I had the money, I would probably add at least a three inch lift kit to it. Other than that, it is a very solid vehicle. The luggage rack was also a nice piece for when I needed to carry more stuff with the cargo area filled. Overall, the Chevy Blazer LS from 1999 is a great vehicle with excellent pulling power for its class.
