Nissan Xterra For Sale

I own a 2006 Nissan Xterra that I purchased in December 2006. I had a 1986 Isuzu Trooper II diesel that I had driven for many years until I was given my father-in-law's sporty little Chrysler Cirrus in 2002.

The change from SUV to low-to-the-ground sporty car was traumatic! What a relief to be back above the crowd in my new Xterra!

I was looking at Japanese imports because I had loved my Isuzu so much. I was really leaning toward the Toyota FJ until my daughter vetoed the "look" that was too much like the Hummer.

My son and I dropped by the Nissan dealer just to see what features the Xterra had and whether I might like its style. Well, to make a long story short, I drove my new Xterra home that evening.

I am active in the boosters for my son's marching band and always need to haul kids, equipment and fundraiser items from place to place. The Xterra has been great for that - comfortable, sporty and roomy. The sound system is top rate and there are 3 (!) plug in jacks to charge phones and run equipment in the car - that may sound silly, but with three phones to charge, it is very convenient.

I haven't taken the SUV off road yet - my son says I baby it too much - but there is no parking place, field or terrain that I cannot get out of, through or over. People know me by my vehicle and I'm proud to own my Nissan Xterra!
